Martin Thomas Horsch is an associate professor at the Norwegian University of Life Sciences (NMBU), working on process data technology, i.e., digitalization in process engineering. He completed his doctorate in mechanical engineering at the University of Paderborn (2010) and the habilitation for computational engineering at TU Kaiserslautern (2016), both with work on molecular modelling and simulation in engineering thermodynamics. At NMBU, he belongs to the Department of Data Science and to the Materials Theory and Informatics research group.
